My passion has always been the written word. I’ve appeared professionally in publications such as The New York Times, POLITICO Magazine, and most frequently as a humor writer (my true love) for the infamously selective McSweeney’s. I’ve dabbled in almost every form of writing and editing, from ad copy to blog content to novels and memoirs. I’ve also (shhh) ghostwritten several popular articles, as well as (shhh. I said shut up!) added dollops of humor-flava’ flav to influencers’ social media accounts. I’m from Chicago. I live for true crime on Netflix. I’m a nice guy I have to admit, usually too goddamned nice, and easy to work with.
